Membership fee is £15.00 per annum. Please send completed membership forms with payment to Muddy Bottom 4x4 Ltd, Muddy Bottom Cottage, Pages Lane, East Boldre, Brockenhurst, Hants SO42 7WG.
Once your completed membership form has been received, a membership pack will be sent to you which will include your membership card. Please bring this to each event. IF YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU PRINT THIS CLEARLY ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM. We use email to inform you of events etc. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover you whilst off-roading. Public Liability cover is advisable to cover you incase you injure anyone else whilst on the offroad site.
Anybody wishing to drive at Minstead has to be a member. If husband & wife both wish to drive, they both MUST join as members. Additional drivers are charged £10 instead of £25. Each driver will be given a wristband, please ensure this is worn as marshals will check from time to time. All persons driving vehicles MUST be members of Muddy Bottom 4x4. You are of course welcome to join as a member on the day by completing one of our membership forms. To save time, we kindly request that membership forms are completed prior to arrival, this saves time for the marshals on the gate, this prevents queuing. MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE SHOWN UPON ARRIVAL - NO CARD - NO ENTRY !!!!!!!! PAYMENT ON THE GATE MUST BE IN CASH, NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Should you require a replacement membership card at any time, an administration fee of £3 will be charged.
ANY SPECTATORS VISITING THE SITE WILL BE CHARGED £1.00 AND ALL PERSONS MUST SIGN IN AT THE MAIN GATE, IF YOU ARE BRINGING CHILDREN, THEY MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES, NO CHILD SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE ON THE SITE AT ANY TIME !!
AT NO TIMES SHOULD ANYBODY BE SITTING ON THE BACK OF VEHICLES OR STANDING ON THE BACK OF VEHICLES. ANYBODY FOUND TO BE BREAKING ANY OF OUR RULES (OUR FULL RULES ARE DISPLAYED OUTSIDE THE BURGER VAN) WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. EVERYBODY IN THE VEHICLE SHOULD BE WEARING A SEATBELT. PLEASE SEEK HELP FROM A MARSHAL IF YOU ARE NOT SURE HOW TO RECOVER.
ALL YOUNG CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE THE CORRECT CHILD SEAT SAFELY SECURED INTO THE VEHICLE.
