Membership Form

Membership fee is £10.00 per annum. Please send completed membership forms / cheques to Muddy Bottom 4x4 Ltd, Muddy Bottom Cottage, Pages Lane, East Boldre, Brockenhurst, Hants SO42 7WG.

Once your completed membership form has been received, a membership pack will be sent to you which will include your membership card, and most recent newsletter. IF YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU PRINT THIS CLEARLY ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM.

Anybody wishing to drive at Minstead has to be a member. If husband & wife both wish to drive, they both MUST join as members. All persons driving vehicles MUST be members of Muddy Bottom 4x4. You are of course welcome to join as a member on the day by completing one of our membership forms. To save time, we kindly request that membership forms are completed prior to attending one of our events, this saves time for the marshals on the gate, and prevents queuing. MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE SHOWN UPON ARRIVAL - NO CARD - NO ENTRY !!!!!!!!

When memberships become due for renewal, an reminder letter will be sent out automatically to each member. You will not be allowed to drive on the site until your membership has been renewed. This can be done on the main gate if need be.

Should you require a replacement membership card at any time, an administration fee of £3 will be charged.

ANY SPECTATORS VISITING THE SITE WILL BE CHARGED £2.50 FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN FREE. IF YOU ARE BRINGING CHILDREN, THEY MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES, NO CHILD SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE ON THE SITE AT ANY TIME !!
